Full-time Positions
Business Development Executive (Pharmaceuticals)
Qualifications for Applicants include:
  • Demonstrated record of successfully selling solutions to the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, training and/or clinical verticals
  • Familiarity with speaker bureau management, virtual training, education and/or promotion, KOL management and/or physician recruitment
  • Qualified applicants will likely have a background of business development within a medical communications company, agency, speaker bureau management provider, pharmaceutical supplier or virtual education or training company
  • College Degree
  • 7-10+ years strategic sales experience to the pharmaceutical industry
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Must be confident that he/she can create new revenue streams in excess of a million dollars within twelve months of employment

Client Services Coordinator
Within assigned accounts, qualifications for Applicants include:
  • Planning and coordinating the logistical arrangements for all types of Speaker Programs including in-office meetings, dinner meetings, webcasts and teleconferences utilizing PharMethod’s core platforms. Other meeting types such as Key Investigator meetings and Advisory Boards are also included.
Logistical responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Planning and coordinating nomination and contracting of HCPs
  • Speaker recruitment/confirmation, venue selection/confirmation, F&B coordination & venue contract administration, AV coordination, travel coordination, program cost management and analysis, supplier payment, and final invoice processing
  • Speaker broadcast location confirmation and site testing
  • Manage invitation process, including creating and uploading
  • Create scripts for hosts, and ensure correct documents are used prior to broadcast
  • Build web rooms and assign conference numbers to each meeting
  • Capture, track and report meeting attendance
  • Manage programs to meet client’s business rules
  • Execute deliverables according to SOP for promotional meetings
  • Request all appropriate POs and allocate expenses to PharmASSIST
  • Close programs - Reconcile all program costs then close for monthly invoicing
  • Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls from Sales Reps, Speakers, Restaurants, Caterers, and other vendors
  • Assist in the process of implementing new programs/projects in collaboration with the Director of Client Services
  • Assist in managing various client requests such as client audits, reporting, business rule revisions and program/project change requests
  • Advocate client needs with PharMethod management, operations, and product teams
  • Assists with participation on client calls
  • Recommend, coordinate and present to sales department new client contacts, and other interested parties to secure, solidify, and expand key client relationships and revenues
  • Provide process improvement ideas and share best practices with Client Services Group
