Are you a Federal or State government employee (which includes VA hospitals and

- Minnesota: Prohibits the offering or giving of any gift of value to an HCP
where the items have a total combined retail value of more than $50 in a calendar
year. As such, S&N may not provide anything of value greater than $50 to Minnesota‐licensed
HCPs during a calendar year.
- New Jersey: New Jersey license prescribers at programs outside NJ must not
partake in the program meal (if in excess of $15.00 per person for breakfast or
lunch and $30 per person for dinner).
- Vermont: Prohibits manufacturers of prescribed products from offering or
giving any "gift" (including meals) to an HCP or HCO (including members of the VT
Green Mountain Care Board), unless it is an "allowable expenditure. As such, no
meals of any kind may be provided to HCPs licensed in Vermont.
